Product Description
Our PVC Embossed Board is a rigid closed-cell PVC foam board with wood-grain, linen or leather texture pressed directly onto the surface in one forming process — not a printed film, so the grain will not peel or delaminate. Containing no natural wood fiber, it will never absorb water, swell, rot or attract termites, even in bathrooms and kitchens.
Standard size 1220 × 2440 mm, thickness 3–30 mm, with density, color and embossing pattern fully customizable. Direct from our own lines, samples and bulk production both supported.

The decorative face comes finished from the factory: cut, drill, assemble, and it is ready to use, with no painting or curing needed. It machines like timber — saw, nail, screw, route, CNC-carve and thermoform with standard woodworking equipment.
Application
Whether a board earns repeat orders depends on how it performs in real conditions. PVC Embossed Board contains no natural wood fiber, which eliminates the three most common failure modes of timber-based panels: swelling on contact with water, mold in humid air, and termite or rot damage.
Its texture is pressed under heat rather than laminated, so the finished face arrives ready to install with no painting required. That combination is why furniture factories, fit-out contractors, sign shops and caravan builders all specify it — wherever there is moisture, heavy handling, or a need for machined shapes.
Manufacturing Technique
Every PVC embossed board ships in export-standard palletized packing: a PE protective film seals the embossed face, interleaving between sheets stops friction marks, corner and edge guards absorb impact, PP straps lock the stack, and a full PE shrink wrap blocks sea-air moisture — all on a fumigation-free wooden pallet that clears customs and loads by forklift.
Boards are stacked flat, never on edge, and pallets are braced against container walls, so pressure stays even and the grain arrives exactly as it

A 20ft holds ≈12–15 tons and a 40HQ ≈22–26 tons, with mixed-container loading available; we send a loading simulation with pallet layout before shipment. In-stock dispatch 7–10 days, custom orders 15–25 days, OEM labels and neutral packing supported.
